In a limited government, the power of government to intervene in the exercise of civil liberties is restricted by law, usually in a written constitution. A limited government is looked upon in the Divine Right of Kings. The Divine Right of Kings is where many kings believed that their power was given to them by God and so therefore they abused this power.
